School Improvement Plan

Senior Leadership teams use a School Improvement Plan (SIP) as their main source of information to outline their strategic plans for the growth of their school. A school's stated principles will serve as the foundation for a school improvement plan, which outlines the steps and resources required to accomplish the goals.

Academic Achievement (3 -5% growth SBA ELA, Math, WCAS, STAR)

  • Strengthen student learning with AVID WICOR focused notes interaction and repetitions.
  • Professional Learning emphasizing student intellectual engagement (Danielson Cluster 4)
  • Teacher PLC time to discuss Tier 1 gaps in learning.
  • Tier 2 Academic Interventions during Bruin time (Re-teach, Re-learn Time)

Increase Positive Peer to Peer Relationships 85%

  • Expand peer-taught SEL Lessons
